Gemeinschaft Thermisches Spritzen (Thermal Spraying Community)

To bring within reach of users in Europe the wide range of possibilities of Thermal Spraying, representatives of industry founded “Gemeinschaft Thermisches Spritzen e. V.” (GTS) in 1992.

We, as an active member, have been supporting the developments in the field of Thermal Spraying since 1993.

Beyond that we intensively advocate, on the GTS quality committee, uniformly high quality standards in the field of Thermal Spraying.

We strengthen business and community

Particularly as a family-managed company, we feel committed to sustainable management. We work and live responsibly and actively for the community and for Gladbeck:

hence we are – in addition to about 100 companies in the areas of crafts and trades, services, industry and commerce as well as various liberal professions – a member of the Association for the Promotion of Business in Gladbeck (“Verein zur Förderung der Gladbecker Wirtschaft” (VGW). Jointly we promote the economic area of Gladbeck, the development of the town and the infrastructure.

Innovative complete solutions all around machine and plant construction: competence group (“MPC Ruhr”) (Kompetenzkreis “MAK Ruhr”)

RS Rittel also gets involved regionally in the Ruhr metropolis – in the “MPC Ruhr” competence group: with 14 medium-sized companies we jointly offer extensive competencies from and for machine and plant construction.

The synergies create genuine added value for our customers, for example in the areas of design and planning, metal-removing production, surface treatment, welding technology, industrial air technology, assembly or service.

Medium-sized companies: strong for Germany

Supra-regionally we strengthen the competitiveness of the German medium-sized companies – as a member of the “Federal Association for medium-sized company Wirtschaft, Association of Entrepreneurs of Germany” (“Bundesverband mittelständischer Wirtschaft, Unternehmerverband Deutschlands e. V.” (BVMW)).

The BVMW is, with more than 560,000 members that have more than 11 million employees, the largest, voluntarily organized, cross-sectoral interest grouping of the German medium-sized companies in Germany.

It is not only the motor of the economy, but, as the guarantor of the democratic state, also the heart of society.

Family friendliness is the trump card

As a family-run medium-sized mechanical engineering company, family-friendly workplaces have been part of RS-DNA for decades.

The corporate network "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" ("Success Factor Family"), funded by te Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and the European Social Funds as part of the programme "Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf gestalten" ("Shaping the reconciliation of family and work"), enables companies to exchange ideas on equal footing.

In addition, all member companies receive support and practical examples for the implementation of a family-friendly personnel policy.
