Cookies
The Internet sites partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies are used for making our offer more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are deposited on your computer and that your browser saves.
Most of the cookies used by us are so-called “session-cookies”. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain saved on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser at the next visit.
You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and activate automatic deletion of the cookies when the browser is closed. In the event of deactivation of cookies, the functionality of this website can be restricted.
Cookies that are necessary for performance of the electronic communication process or for making available certain functions desired by you (e.g. shopping basket function), are saved on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. The web site operator has a justified interest in the saving of cookies for the technically fault-free and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g. cookies for the analysis of your surfing behaviour) are saved, these are dealt with separately in this data protection declaration.
Server log files
The provider of the pages collects and saves information automatically in so-called server log-files that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
No merging of this data with other data sources will be carried out.
The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter. f GDPR that permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Contact form
If you let us have inquiries by means of a contact form, your details from the inquiry form including the contact data provided there by you will be saved by us for the purpose of the processing of the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered on the contact form is hence carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR). You can revoke that consent at any time. For that, an informal communication by e-mail to us shall suffice. The legality of the data processing operations up to revocation shall not be affected by revocation.
The data entered by you on the contact form remains in our possession until you request us to delete it, you revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose of data storage is no longer applicable (e.g. after the processing of your inquiry has been concluded). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter referred to as “reCAPTCHA”) on our web sites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
With reCAPTCHA, it is to be checked whether the entry of data on our web sites (e.g. in a contact form) is carried out by a human being or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the visitor to the web site on the basis of different features. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the visitor to the web site enters the web site. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various items of information (e.g. IP address, web site visitor’s length of stay on the web site or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is passed on to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Visitors to the web site do not have their attention drawn to the fact that an analysis is being carried out.
Data processing is performed based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. The web site operator has a justified interest in protecting its web offers against improper automated spying out and SPAM.
Further information on Google reCAPTCHA as well as the Google’s data protection declaration can be seen from the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ und https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.
Google Maps
This site uses, via an API, the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use the functions of Google Maps it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is as a rule transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.
The use of Google Maps takes place in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and of easy findability of the places shown on the web site. This is a justified interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR.
You can find more information on handling user data in Google’s data protection declaration: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
